PSR models a pair of parallel resonators made up of open-circuited and short-circuited segments of ideal transmission line.

EL and F0. These parameters determine the frequency-dependence of the electrical length of the line defined as: electrical length in radians = EL· freq/Fo ·π/180 where freq is the evaluation frequency. EL and F0 are common for both resonators.
