3.1.9. Clip Planes

You can use clip planes to hide geometry on one side of a plane for easier access to picking internal faces, edges, or other items. Clip planes only impact visualization and have no impact on what is simulated.

All picking operations, including area picking, are fully functional when clip plane(s) are active.
