If verification of your host fails, the most likely reasons are:

  1. The host is unreachable. Attempt to "ping" the host.

  2. The public and private keys are not matched correctly. The public key should be on the cluster. The private key should be on your computer (see “Configure SSH”), and the path correctly entered via the Job Scheduler Host Details dialog box (see “Creating the Linux Job Scheduler Remote Host”).
