The geometric model must be set up for both the RF and multipacting problem prior to running the RF analysis, because the boundary conditions used in the latter are written into the field file during the former, hence they need to present on the mesh used for the RF problem.

An initial driven-frequency analysis should use only one port boundary condition and one driving frequency.

Particle simulation uses emission and possibly other boundary conditions that are enabled if you are setting up a PT3p or PT2p problem, so the general strategy is to completely set up the RF problem, and then add whatever boundary conditions you need for the particle simulation.
