3.8.7.6. Translate Point

Description

Represents the motion of a point along a vector by a specified distance.

Parameters

Label - A unique name that identifies the transformation. (IElementOperation/Label)

Direction – Direction in which to move the point. This is a unitless vector and its magnitude is irrelevant. (IPointTranslation/Direction)

Magnitude - [LENGTH] - Distance of the translation. (IPointTranslation/Magnitude)

Point Index - Zero-based index of the point being positioned. (IPointTranslation/PointIndex)

Include - Indicates if the operation is included in the regeneration process. (IElementOperation/Include)

An alternative way to translate a point is to click the point and drag.
