3.6.12. Defeaturing Solids

Defeaturing is a method of simplifying solids by removing specific features. It can be extremely valuable when needing to modify imported geometry. Support for defeaturing is limited to removal of faces, which is useful for removal of features such as holes, blends, protrusions and depressions.
